Something citrusy underneath — lemon myrtle, if you know to look for it. The ground smells like it's been here forever, because it has. Your shoulders drop. Your breathing slows. Your Evening Soak — four steps

1. Draw a warm bath Not hot — warm. The essential oils will do more at a gentler temperature.

2. Empty the pouch into the water The moment the salts hit the water you'll smell the bush — eucalyptus and lemon myrtle rising on the steam. The Kaolin Clay softens the water to a gentle milkiness. That's it doing its work.

3. Wait, then step in Give the salts a minute to dissolve fully before you get in. Then soak for 20–30 minutes. Let the steam do half the job before you're even submerged.

4. Rinse gently and emerge settled The mineral blend keeps working after you're out. The bush scent will stay with you a little longer than you expect — that's the cedarwood.
