Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a photo and your order number so we can sort it quickly for you. Where appropriate, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
If you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll organise a replacement as soon as possible.
