What are the candles made from?
Our candles are made from a high-quality soy wax blend, clean-burning fragrance oils, wooden wicks — all hand-poured in small batches right here in Australia.
How long do the candles burn for?
Medium candles burn for approximately 40+ hours, and minis for around 20 hours. Burn time may vary slightly depending on wick trimming and airflow.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn, and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunnelling. Never leave a candle unattended.
Can I reuse the jar once the candle is finished?
Yes! Simply clean out the jar with warm, soapy water and reuse it for storage, small plants, or anything you like.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110 and free express shipping on orders over $150.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods, we may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days and we’ll sort it out.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
